Arrival/Departure
In order to ensure that the property is clean and ready for your arrival, entry to the property is from 4pm onwards on the date of your arrival, and the property must be vacated by 11am on the date of departure.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of £50 per week (minimum £100) is required in order to cover any damages or breakage’s during your stay. The deposit will be refunded on confirmation from our Management Company that no damage has occurred to the property.
Payment/Key Collection
Payment must be made in full 8 weeks prior to departure. Details of key collection will be provided on receipt of full payment.
Rental
The property will not be rented to persons under 21 years of age. The property must not be sub-let to any other persons and persons not listed on the Booking Form will not be permitted to stay overnight. Pets and animals are not permitted to stay in the property.
Booking Conditions
All bookings are to be made in writing on the form enclosed and will be bound by these terms and conditions. Provisional bookings can be made by telephone to ensure the property is available, but must be confirmed in writing with the full deposit within seven days, otherwise the booking will not be held. A booking deposit of £50 per week must be sent with the completed booking form. Provisional bookings will not constitute a firm reservation until the completed booking form and deposit are received, and you have received confirmation of your booking from us.
Cost
The rental cost varies according to the time of year and you should contact us for our current pricing. We will give you a flat rate for use of the villa, not a 'per person' price, and we will take bookings up to a maximum of 10 people. In addition to the rental cost a refundable security deposit of £100 is required.
Insurance
You are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover the risks associated with travel problems, cancellation, health and accident during your holiday.
Cancellations
The booking deposit will not be refundable. The booking may be cancelled in writing any time prior to the departure date. The refundable security deposit will be returned, but the following cancellation charges will be made and deducted from your rental payment:

Flights and Travel
There is an International Airport at Orlando and a Regional Airport at Sanford. You are responsible for all your own travel arrangements. A “meet and greet” service can be arranged by our Management Company in Florida. If you require this service, for which our Management Company will make a charge, please let us know 8 weeks prior to departure. We will need to know which airline you are using, your flight number and arrival time.
Liability
We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by you or any other visitor to the property, or swimming pool, or for any loss or damage however caused, to property brought on to the premises. Guests are advised for their own safety not to take any breakable glassware or china into the area surrounding the swimming pool. Plastic beakers etc are provided for this purpose. Children using the pool or pool area must be supervised by an adult at all times.
We shall not accept liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with your stay in the property caused by any matter outside our reasonable control, including acts of god, war, civil disturbance, strikes or other industrial action, act of government, failure of public supplies such as water, gas or electricity, or failure of mechanical equipment such as air conditioning although we will make all reasonable efforts to remedy such failure.
